Dr. Rashmi Mantri – Director BSc (Hons), MSc (Dist), Ph.D.(Computer Science), The University of the West of Scotland

Dr Rashmi Mantri is the director and founder of internationally established Edtech giant BYITC. BYITC was incepted in the year 2016 with idiosyncratic courses like – Abacus, English Language and Coding. She is a profound Womenpreneur, Mompreneur and Changemaker in the Education Sector.

Dr Rashmi hails from Ajmer, India. She completed her bachelors from Ajmer and has done B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc (Dist.), and PhD (Computer Science) from the University of the West of Scotland, United Kingdom. She has 15 years of experience in the Industry. Before being the director of the company, she was an educator in various IT Corporates and Universities in Scotland.

The idea behind starting BYITC stroked her mind when her son Dhruv Maheshwari couldn’t answer a simple math question when he was in primary 5. At that time she decided to teach Maths using a very humble- Vedic tool called the Abacus. One can calculate faster than a calculator after learning through Abacus. It took only 6 days for Dhruv to grab the equations.
