Under this policy, you have the right to cancel or request a refund for a course/ program under certain circumstances.

Cancellation & refund conditions;

1. These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website.
  • You have 14 calendar days to cancelany course/ programfrom the date you purchased/ enrolled for it.
  • To be eligible for a cancellation, any physical study material/ tools must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The course/ program duration should be more than 2 months. Courses/ programs shorter than 2 months will not be cancelled.
  • The refunds will be on Pro-rata basis and the duration for which the classes have been attended or learning application has been used will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
  • Once we receive your cancellation/ refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.
  • If your cancellation/ refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or original method of payment. No cash payment will be done.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Registration charges;

Registration charges for the enrolment in any program (if any) will not be refunded in any case

Non- Refundable Courses/ programs;

Certain courses/ programs/ competitions/ challenges offered by us areNon- Cancellable and Non-Refundable.Such courses cannot be claimed under this cancellation/ refund policy.
